Outlive OCD Group

Outlive OCD offers free, peer-led, support to people with OCD and family/caregivers of people with OCD. Each group meeting is held over Zoom on the third Wednesday of every month at 6:30-7:30 PM (Pacific Time), for people of all ages, and genders. Shelby is also a certified peer-support specialist and offers free one-on-one support services at request. Outlive OCD is a safe, relaxed, and pressure-free space where people can be open and honest about their struggles, triumphs, and overall experience with OCD. We would love for you to join us!

- Zooms will never be recorded, and members will be asked not to take pictures, video, or audio recordings. Any concerns about confidentiality should be brought to the facilitators attention.

-This group is NOT intended, nor will it be used, as a form of reassurance to any individuals in the group. This peer support group is intended to support each other, hear each other's feelings, struggles, and triumphs. As comforting as reassurance may feel in the moment, it will only lead to more OCD struggles.

- This peer-led group is not intended to offer medical advice or or serve as a substitute for the consultation, diagnosis, and/or medical treatment of a qualified professional psychologist, psychiatrist, physician, or healthcare provider.
